I've won a couple of items at Woolsey Auction over the last several months. Unfortunately, both times I was unable to make it to the Auction to pick up the items on the day specified. Alan was supremely flexible in helping me arrange a date/time to pick up my items. In one case, he was actually at a conference in Florida and arranged for me to meet his partner at the shop on a Sunday when the shop was closed!

We had fun bidding on our items. The layout was easy to view and the instructions for pick up were clear. Items were ready at the time we were told to arrive. Staff were friendly and courteous. Good to support small community business.
